• MSP/VMS

  A core component of the managed staffing program is System One’s proprietary vendor management system (VMS). A centralized support team serves as the clearinghouse for incoming requisitions, using the VMS to automate and streamline the approval, hiring, and onboarding of skilled professionals. If third-party resources are needed – say for high-volume projects or specialist positions – our systems and workflows easily accommodate information sharing and candidate processing.

• QA/QC/NDE

  Additionally, System One provides outage and turnaround support, using a managed services approach to perform quality control and nondestructive examination (NDE). At any given time during outage season, more than 600 technicians and specialists are deployed to multiple sites to support the client’s quality assurance deadlines and requirements.

• IT/PMO

  System One operates a Project Management Office (PMO) onsite that is responsible for more than 80 ongoing development and technology projects. Supported by 150-200 developers at any time, projects encompass SAP development and maintenance, cyber security assessment and preparation, asset integrity initiatives, and infrastructure maintenance & support.

• International Resources

  In addition to contractor recruiting, System One also provides direct hire recruiting and international placement. All over the world, if a need arises, we identify the perfect candidate and get them onsite quickly, often within days.
